Exchanges and Returns

At Silkye, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free process for exchanges and returns.

Exchange Policy:

Timeframe: You have 15 calendar days from the receipt date to request a product exchange.
Conditions: The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Process: Contact us through our contact form or email, providing your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Policy:

Timeframe: You can request a return within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
Conditions: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags.
Process: Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the steps to return the item, and once received and verified, we will process the refund.

Shipping Costs:

In the case of returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects or order errors, we cover the shipping costs.
If the exchange or return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Items:

Custom products, sale items, or clearance items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Processing Time:

Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange or refund within 5 to 7 business days.
